Who can participate?
As the NeuroDoWo is held and organized by PhD students, all PhD, MD and Masters students working in different fields of neuroscience are welcome.
where can i find the programme?
We want as many students as possible to be able to present their work, so the final programme can only be published after the end of the registration period. Details on registration will follow.
DO I HAVE TO PRESENT a poster/talk OR CAN I JUST LISTEN TO the TALKS?
One important aspect of the NeuroDoWo is the opportunity to present your work, results and ideas to other PhD students with similar interests. You may present your research with a poster, presentation or both.
How long should the talks be?
The talk should be 10 minutes plus a 5 minutes discussion.
In which language will the conference be?
The conference language is English.
What is the maximum poster size?
Maximum poster size should be DIN A0.
Do I have to register somewhere?
Yes, details on registration will follow.
How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee is approximately 100 EUR. Accomodation in a hostel with breakfast is included. Details on registration will follow.
Where do we sleep?
We provide accommodation in a hostel with breakfast (free of charge) for the participants. The rooms will be shared with other participants. You do not have to book the accommodation yourself for the duration of the conference.
Do I have to submit a talk/poster abstract?
Yes, the abstract must be provided during the registration so that we can include it in our programme book. The abstract should not be more than 200 words.
